TCM views pain as blockages in the energy flow (Qi). Through targeted acupuncture, these blockages are dissolved, blood circulation is improved and the body’s own painkillers are activated. Particularly effective for chronic pain, migraines, back, joint and muscle pain as well as sports injuries.
For stress and its accompanying symptoms such as sleep disorders, inner restlessness or exhaustion, TCM helps to restore inner balance. Acupuncture calms the nervous system, reduces stress hormones and promotes the release of happiness hormones. This leads to better relaxation and more serenity in everyday life.
Digestive complaints such as bloating, constipation, diarrhoea or irritable bowel syndrome are treated holistically in TCM. Acupuncture harmonises digestive functions, regulates bowel activity and strengthens the digestive organs. Complementary nutritional recommendations according to TCM support the healing process.
TCM offers effective treatment options for hormonal imbalances such as PMS, menstrual disorders, menopausal symptoms or PCOS. Acupuncture can regulate the hormonal balance, alleviate symptoms and harmonise the endocrine system.
For allergic diseases such as hay fever, skin allergies or asthma, TCM aims to regulate the immune system and reduce the body’s overreaction. Acupuncture can alleviate allergic symptoms, improve tolerance to allergens and strengthen the body’s self-regulatory powers.
